Washer Nozzles

Question

I've had the BYD Atto3 2023 model for two years now and I've always had a problem with the windscreen washer nozzle not providing enough power to spray the water onto the windscreen. There are instances where it may take 3 or 4 seconds before it starts to operate. Now I've raised this issue with the BYD service crew and they answer was that it was ok and quite normal. I'm struggling to accept that this is normal and I was wondering if anyone else had the same issues and, if so, how did you resolve it? My instinct was to replace the nozzles themselves but I'm having great difficulty finding a source.
